6mm Creedmoor Rem/Age Build

John S. of Alabama sent us some photos of a build he did using a Criterion Barrels, Inc. NSS Rem/Age barrel purchased from Northland Shooters Supply (NSS).

John used a 26” Criterion Rem/Age barrel chambered in a 6mm Creedmoor Match with a 7-twist, muzzle thread, and an NSS precision ground recoil lug. He also purchased an NSS squared and trued barrel nut and Forster Creedmoor headspace gauges. The barrel was installed on John’s trued Remington 700 action.

“Every barrel I have bought from NSS has shot very well and this barrel is no exception. This build is a Criterion 26 inch Varmint profile in 6 Creedmoor with a 1/7 twist, sitting in an MPA chassis. TriggerTech Special trigger at 12 oz, APA muzzle brake, and trued Rem 700 action topped off with a Nightforce NX8. 1st group is at 100 yards and the 2nd is at 1069 yards, both groups within the first 25 rounds of the barrel. This gun loves Nosler 105’s and Barnes 112’s. Thank you NSS for another great build!”
