JACK SAPP NATIONAL RECORD WITH SHILEN 223

Jack Sapp of Florida recently set 3 new national records with his Shilen 223 Remington barrel purchased from Northland Shooters Supply (NSS).

  • Record #1- Grand Senior, National championship, Mid-Range Aggregate, Score 1787 with 82X
  • Record #2- Police, National Championship, Mid-Range Aggregate, Score 1787 with 82X
  • Record #3- Grand Senior, F-Class Mid-Range Prone course- 60 shots, Score 598 with 31X

The specs on the barrel Jack used are as follows:

  • 28” Shilen Stainless select match- 223 Remington- Large shank Savage- Bull contour- 7 twist- throated to his dummy rounds

“On March 24th, 25th, and 26th, 2022 I shot a registered NRA F-Class match at Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club in Palm Bay Florida. At the Match, I broke 3 NRA National Records. I was shooting my .223 Savage with a Shilen 28” Barrel With approximately 500 rounds thru it! Thanks for your help and great service.”
