SHILEN 6.5 CREEDMOOR BUILD

Ken B. of California sent us info on his 6.5 Creedmoor hunting build using a Shilen barrel and Zermatt Arms Origin.

• 24” Shilen Stainless Select Match- Small Shank Savage Barrel- 6.5 Creedmoor- Heavy Sporter Contour- 8 Twist
• Zermatt Arms Origin- Beadblast Finish- Spiral Bolt Knob
• NSS Squared and Trued Barrel Nut
• TriggerTech Primary Stainless Trigger

“I recently purchased some components from you for a hunting rifle build in 6.5 Creedmoor.

• Shilen select match grade 24″ barrel
• Zermatt Bighorn Origin action
• Trigger Tech Special trigger

I had these bedded in a Minelli thumbhole laminated stock. Topped with a Zeiss Conquest scope. She shot tight right out the gate with factory ammo. I haven’t fired any handloads yet. I just received an assortment of Hammer bullets to work loads up with.  I’m very happy with my build!”
