SHILEN 6 CREEDMOOR VLD & ZERMATT ARMS ORIGIN ACTION BUILD

Mark S. of Kentucky sent us some photos and info on his new build using a Shilen 6mm Creedmoor VLD barrel, Zermatt Arms Origin receiver, and MDT XRS chassis purchased from NSS.

- 26” Shilen Stainless select match barrel – 6mm Creedmoor VLD – bull contour – small shank Savage prefit – 7 twist with muzzle thread
- Zermatt Arms Origin – beadblast finish – competition bolt knob
- MDT XRS chassis – Remington 700 – right hand – short action – FDE (flat dark earth)
- NSS squared and trued barrel nut
- NSS action wrench
- NSS 4” barrel nut wrench
- NSS thread protector 5/8” – 24 X 1” diameter
Here is what Mark had to say about his build and some of his load data: “Please see the photos of my rifle. I am truly in love with how it all came together, and it shoots really well! I certainly appreciate all your help. The target is a 5 shot group at 100 yards. Here is my load information:
