300 Win Mag Rem/Age Build

Pat E. of North Dakota sent us a photo of his recent 300 Win Mag Match build using a Northland Shooters Supply (NSS) Criterion Barrels, Inc. Rem/Age barrel.

Here is what Pat purchased from NSS:

  • 28” Rem/Age barrel-Bull Barrel contour-300 Win Mag Match-10 twist with ¾”-24 muzzle thread
  • NSS Precision ground recoil lug
  • NSS squared and trued barrel nut
  • American Precision Arms (APA) Gen 3 Fat Bastard muzzle brake
  • Belted headspace gauges

Pat is using a 230-grain Berger bullet.

Pat also ranked 4th at the Nightforce ELR challenge on stage 21 when they were shooting for group size at 976 yards in case of a tie. Pat shot a 5.38” group.
