Steve S. of California reached out regarding is Criterion 6xC barrel build purchased from Northland Shooters Supply (NSS).

Steve purchased the following products:

  • 26″ Criterion 6xC in a Varmint contour with a 7 twist
  • NSS Wheeler Wrench Cap
  • Taper Loc

Steve had the following to say about his build.

“Here is a 5 shot group at 100 yards with a standard factory Model 10 FCP-K, accustock, and accutrigger. I replaced the .223 magazine with a .308 magazine and replaced the .223 barrel with your Criterion 6xC. I also changed the bolt head and baffle.

I was using 107 gn. Sierra MatchKing @ 2,945 fps. Over 38.8 gn. H4350.”
