SHILEN 6mm CREEDMOOR VLD BUILD

Jason of Tennessee sent us some photos on his 6mm Creedmoor VLD build purchased from Northland Shooters Supply. 

Here are some of the specs on Jason’s build:

Here is what Jason had to say about his build:

“Gotta brag on this Shilen 6 Creed barrel. 

26″ 1:7″ twist on a savage short action. Pillar bedded and bedded in a Boyd’s classic stock. EC Tuner Brake on the business end. This target is 4 shots at 150 yards, 2 Shooters. I shot 3 shots into a tiny round hole. My son wanted to shoot it so I told him to hold on the same POA. His shot is the shot that slightly elongated the hole. Shooting 105gr Berger Target VLDs at 3077fps with 46.3 grains of H4831 SC in Lapua SRP brass with Federal 205GMMAR primers. The rifle is topped off with an Arken LH4 6-24X50 ffp scope.
