Here is what James had to say about his build:

“Build Specifications:

Remington 40X single shot action chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a Criterion 30-inch Straight barrel. 1-7.5″ twist 11 deg crown and a Rem/Age barrel nut and recoil lug.

The scope is a Vortex Gen III 6X-36X-56mm with a Badger Ordnance 40 MOA one piece rail, Area 419 one-piece cantilever mount that has 20MOA for 60MOA total and I had no problem getting a 100-yard zero.

The chassis is an MPA BA Competition with Longshot Precision rear bag rider and grip. The rear bag is a Protector ELR bag that’s made to fit the Longshot Precision rear bag rider.

The bipod is an Elite Iron Revolution steel.

The target is the first 5 shots with shoot and clean between shots.

The load that I am using is:

–    Case: Alpha Munitions with small rifle primer pocket.

–    Primer: Federal 205M.

–    Bullet: Berger 6.5mm 153.5gr Hybrid seated .050″ off the lands.

–    Powder: RL-16.”
